The SWA Award for Excellence

The SWA Award for Excellence will recognize an outstanding staff member who provides essential services to the operation and programs of the agencies represented by SWA members.

This includes, but is not limited to, the following support services – clerical, developmental, administrative, social service, programmatic, educational, and other operational staff.

These awards recognize individuals for their professionalism, commitment, character, dedication, length of service and contribution to quality child care services and programs.
