Commitment to Children in Care
Ms. Rambo is so committed to children in care that she and her husband are currently in the process of working thought a foster/adoption program for a child with a less fortunate future. She is always available – 24 hours a day. She has been known in the past to take calls while on vacation and is always willing to call back and check on the status of a particular issue.
Character and Dedication
Ms. Rambo is an extremely dependable employee and is committed to her job and the children in our care. Her loyalty to the children goes back nearly 20 years. During that time, she has always been trustworthy with any task assigned. Furthermore, she is a very spiritual person in her daily dealings with children and routinely asks for prayer for others.
Ms. Rambo has always been a strong advocate for children – even if the best thing for the child is not best for the agency, parents or state departments. Ms. Rambo is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure children receive the best care possible and to ensure the children are progressing appropriately in their treatment.
Contribution to Programs and Services
Ms. Rambo has continually contributed to the programs of Azleway. Over the course of her employment, the agency has grown from 24 children to over 540 children. Without her support and dedication to increased services, Azleway would not be able to provide the quality of service we currently offer.
Ms. Rambo, her husband and children have been very involved in the ministry of Azleway. They routinely assist with our Recreation activities, Christmas activities and at various other activities throughout the year at Azleway.
