(Full registration ($135) includes all sessions, breaks, dinner on Thursday evening and luncheon on Friday. Participants not paying registration fees are asked to pay for meals. As always, SWA Honorary Members are not required to pay full registration for the meetings but are asked to register and pay for meals.)
Cancellations will be refunded minus a $20 administration fee prior to March 1st.
After that date, only substitutions will be accepted.
